Sustainability

Our company is committed to working towards a sustainable future. As a result, we at THERMAL BREAK CLIP have a long-term approach and strategy when it comes to our environmental policy.

From the TB Clip's improved thermal performance on your building to using 100% recyclable packaging that won't fall apart onsite, the THERMAL BREAK CLIP team wanted every aspect of this product to make a positive impact.

By continuously improving our way of thinking and working, we can minimize our footprint and help create long-lasting products.

Future Focused

Product Life Cycle

Made from galvanized steel, the THERMAL BREAK CLIP's metal components are 100% recyclable while the melt stability of the thermal pad typically enables the recycling of properly handled production waste.

Due to the long-lasting nature of the THERMAL BREAK CLIP and the ability for product overage to be carried to the next project, there is limited landfill waste.

Packaging

THERMAL BREAK CLIP boxes are made from simplified brown recyclable cardboard designed to withstand an active construction site's harsh realities and elements. This means boxes can be reused or allocated correctly in the recycling bin instead of falling apart on-site. Box sizes have been optimized for transport, product size, and quantity, and overall reduced waste.

Labour Practices

The THERMAL BREAK CLIP team views sustainability holistically including sustainable business practices like paying our team livable, competitive wages accompanied by robust compensation packages including Health Benefits, Retirement Savings Plans, and Wellness Spending Accounts.

Manufacturing Facility

The THERMAL BREAK CLIP is manufactured in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in a COR Certified safe, clean, and brightly lit facility using lean manufacturing practices.
